Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy can treat unsightly spider veins on the legs (not suitable for the face).
Most clients can see up to 80% improvement in appearance after one treatment but usually 2 or 3 treatments are required.
A maximum of 2ml (2 full syringes) can be administered in one treatment. This goes a long way!
How it works:
A solution (sclerosant) is injected into the vein, causing the vein walls to swell, stick together, and seal shut, which stops blood flow through the treated vein.
Over time:
The body naturally absorbs the damaged vein, making it less visible and uncomfortable.
Aftercare:
Compression stockings are often worn after the procedure to help prevent blood clots and promote healing.
Multiple Treatments:
Depending on the severity and size of the veins, multiple treatments may be needed.
Benefits:
Minimal Discomfort: Sclerotherapy is generally a quick and relatively comfortable procedure.
